This Privacy Policy explains how Abundance Life Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with this website (abundancelifemedia.com), our AnchorMind mobile app, and our brands. This notice explains data handling; it does not replace consent where consent is required.

This policy covers the Abundance Life Inc. corporate website and the AnchorMind app. It does not replace the separate privacy policy of any brand that publishes its own (for example, 4AIWorld), and it does not govern third-party platforms where our brands publish content, such as YouTube and X.
We may collect information you provide directly (such as your name and email when you contact us), and information collected automatically as you browse (such as IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and similar usage data) through cookies and analytics tools.
The app is designed to be used without an account and without signing in. We have designed it to collect as little personal information as possible.
The app does not include third-party advertising, and as currently built it does not include third-party analytics, cross-app tracking, or advertising identifiers.
If you report content in the app, we receive the selected text, your reason and the language of the report. We use a daily code derived from network information to limit spam; we do not put your raw IP address, original prompt, display-name preference or subscription identifier in the report record. Infrastructure services may separately keep operational logs. Reports are reviewed to investigate concerns and improve content safeguards. Reports are normally deleted after 90 days, unless retention is required for a legal matter. Keep the report reference if you wish to ask about access or deletion.
We use information to operate and improve our website, app, and content, deliver the guided sessions, affirmations, and features you request, generate custom affirmations you ask for, respond to inquiries, verify and restore subscriptions, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies for functionality, preferences, and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect site features.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the website and app — including hosting and backend (Supabase), AI writing and narration moderation (OpenAI), narration voice generation (Google / Gemini), subscription management (RevenueCat), and app distribution and payments (Apple, Google) — and when required by law or to protect our rights. These providers process information under their own privacy policies.
Local records can be removed by deleting local app data or uninstalling the app. Copies in operating-system backups or exports may remain under your device or backup settings. Removing local app data does not cancel your subscription or automatically erase store, subscription-provider, usage or security records. Monthly allowance resets do not delete earlier server records. Contact us about access or deletion; records that must be kept for legal reasons may be retained. Device backups and copies you share are controlled separately. Information you send us directly, such as support emails, is retained as needed to respond, resolve the issue and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. To request access or deletion of records we hold, use the contact address below. We may need information that lets us locate the relevant service record; do not send passwords or full payment card details.
Our brands publish on third-party platforms such as YouTube and social media. Your interactions on those platforms are governed by their own privacy policies. Our app relies on the Apple App Store and Google Play, which have their own privacy policies.
AnchorMind is intended for people aged 13 or older who meet any higher minimum-age and consent requirements where they live. People under 13 may not use the app. People aged 13–17 may use the non-AI portions only with permission from a parent or legal guardian; AI Create is hidden and unavailable to them. Subscription purchases must also be authorized as required by applicable law and app-store rules. The age and permission choices in the app are self-declarations stored on the device; we do not collect an exact birth date or verify identity through that screen. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 or from people who do not meet applicable age and consent requirements. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and handle deletion as required by law.
Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR or U.S. state privacy laws such as the CCPA/CPRA, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents may request the categories of personal information we collect and confirmation that we do not sell personal information. We are based in the United States. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Data-protection rules can differ. Contact us for information about the safeguards applicable to your request or to raise a privacy concern; where applicable, you may also complain to your local data-protection authority. You can decline AI processing, disable reminders and avoid optional sharing. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already lawfully performed.
