These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, apps, and content operated by Abundance Life Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), including this website (abundancelifemedia.com) and the AnchorMind mobile app (the "App"). By accessing or using our sites or the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
Some of our brands publish their own terms. Where a brand has its own terms, those also apply to that brand's website — for example, 4AIWorld's Terms of Service.
AnchorMind is for people aged 13 or older who meet any higher minimum-age and consent requirements where they live. People under 13 may not use the App. If you are aged 13–17, you may use the non-AI portions only with permission from a parent or legal guardian; AI Create is hidden and unavailable to you. Subscription purchases must also be authorized as required by applicable law and app-store rules. A subscription used by someone aged 13–17 unlocks only the features available to that age group. The age and permission choices in the App are self-declarations stored on your device; we do not collect your exact birth date or verify identity through that screen. You agree to use our sites and the App lawfully and not to disrupt, misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems or content. Features and content may change or be discontinued at any time.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, distribute, sublicense, sell, or modify the App except as permitted by applicable law or the app store from which you obtained it.
Our names, logos, content, affirmations, audio, and brands are owned by Abundance Life Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission, except as allowed by law or expressly permitted within the App for your personal use.
The App offers an optional paid subscription that unlocks premium features. A free version with limited features is available. Subscriptions may include a free trial; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription.
Our content, including affirmations, guided sessions, and audio, is provided for general informational, motivational, and wellbeing purposes only. It is not medical, mental-health, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for professional care or treatment. If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health concern, seek help from a qualified professional. You are responsible for how you use our content.
This includes any crisis, calming, or support content in the App. That content is supportive in nature and is not emergency, crisis, or clinical care. If you are in crisis, or think you may harm yourself or others, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line right away — in the United States, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline). The App shows the crisis line for your region, and findahelpline.com lists services worldwide. The App is not a substitute for emergency services.
AI Create is available only to people age 18 or older. For eligible adults, the App may let you generate custom affirmations from text you enter. You are responsible for the text you submit and must not submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or the personal information of others. By using this feature, you grant us a limited license to process your input to provide the feature (including sending AI-writing input to OpenAI for written generation, and narration input first to OpenAI for moderation and then to Google (Gemini) for voice generation). AI-generated output may be inaccurate or unexpected; review it before relying on it.
When you request AI writing, your text passes through our backend to OpenAI to generate the written result. When you request narration, the text is sent first to OpenAI for automated moderation and, if it passes, to Google (Gemini) to generate the voice audio. OpenAI does not generate AnchorMind narration. Saved creations stay on your device; we do not keep a server-hosted library of them. Providers process requests and results for service delivery and safety: OpenAI text-generation logs are normally kept for up to 30 days, and Google keeps abuse-monitoring data for 55 days. Retention can differ by service or legal requirement. OpenAI API data is not used for model training by default; paid Gemini does not use it to improve its general-purpose models, but Google may use safety logs for policy-enforcement models. OpenAI's moderation endpoint currently lists no abuse-monitoring or application-state retention; this differs from text generation. Screening may miss harmful content or be unavailable. Please do not enter sensitive information. Sharing or contacting support sends the information you choose to include to the recipient or service you select.
Create uses local checks and provider moderation. Some content may be blocked from narration, sharing or saving. Personalized text cannot be shared from Create. Automated screening can miss content or be unavailable and is not a guarantee of safety. Provider processing and retention are described above. Contact us if you encounter a harmful result.
You can report a generated result directly in Create, or report saved custom content in Favorites. Review the information shown before submitting. A report is confirmed only when the app displays a reference number. Reporting is not an emergency service.
Our sites, brands, and App may link to or rely on third-party platforms and services, including the Apple App Store, Google Play, and services such as our hosting, AI, and subscription providers. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.
If you download the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play, the following also apply:
For an App Store download, the license covers Apple-branded devices you own or control under Apple’s Usage Rules, including permitted Family Sharing, volume purchases and Legacy Contacts. These Terms do not override Apple’s applicable usage rules.
If the App fails to meet an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the App’s purchase price. To the extent permitted by law, Apple has no further warranty obligation; Abundance Life Inc. is responsible for the remaining warranty-related claims and losses. We are also responsible for product, regulatory, consumer and privacy claims, and for investigating, defending, settling and resolving third-party intellectual-property claims concerning the App or its permitted use.
Our sites, App, and content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abundance Life Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our sites, App, or content.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to our sites or the App at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by California law, except where mandatory laws of your place of residence provide otherwise. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer protections, available remedies, or rights concerning the validity or cancellation of a minor's contract. Local law and applicable court-jurisdiction rules continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
