This Privacy Policy explains how Abundance Life Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in AnchorMind Rewind (the "Game"). By playing the Game, you agree to the practices described here.
The Game is designed to collect as little as possible. There is no sign-up, and we never ask for your real name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location. The daily puzzle can be played without an internet connection.
Your chosen language, your sound and theme settings, whether you have seen the tutorial, and your current puzzle progress are stored on your device and are not sent to us. Your scores — stars, best level, daily streak, and Gauntlet runs — are also stored on your device, and in addition are sent to our leaderboard as described in the next section.
The first time the Game connects to the internet, it creates an anonymous account for you through our backend provider, Supabase, so that scores can be ranked. This happens automatically in the background. It is not something you switch on, and it happens whether or not you ever open the leaderboard. The account is a random identifier that contains no personal information and is not linked to your real identity.
To understand how the Game is used and to improve it, we use PostHog, a third-party product-analytics service acting on our behalf and hosted in the United States. It receives app-usage events (such as sessions starting and ending, puzzles started and completed, the modes and features you use, ads shown, and purchases started or completed), together with general technical information (device model, operating system and app version, and language) and a random analytics identifier stored on your device, which stays the same until you uninstall the Game. If you opened the Game from a link, that link is recorded so we can understand where installs come from. The Game also asks PostHog for its current configuration settings when it starts. Your IP address is processed in the course of these requests and may be used to approximate general location; it is not used to build an advertising profile of you.
The Game may show advertising in optional modes — Endless and the weekly Gauntlet challenge — through Google AdMob. The daily puzzle is always ad-free. The Gauntlet may also offer an optional rewarded ad that you can choose to watch in exchange for an extra shield; watching is never required, and declining only means you do not receive that shield. To deliver ads, Google may use a device advertising identifier and limited device and usage information and, depending on your choices, may personalize the ads you see. On iOS we ask your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency before any tracking used for personalized ads, and where required we present Google's consent form; if you decline, you still see ads, but non-personalized ones. You can remove advertising entirely with a one-time in-app purchase (see Purchases). Google processes advertising data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.
If you buy the one-time “Remove Ads” in-app purchase, the transaction is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and managed through our purchase provider, RevenueCat. These providers may process a purchase or receipt identifier, an anonymous app-user identifier, and device and network information in order to verify and restore your purchase. We never receive your full payment card number.
The leaderboard downloads its client library from esm.sh, a public code-delivery network, the first time it runs. As with any web request, esm.sh receives your IP address and general device information. It does not receive your game data.
We use the information above to operate the Game and the leaderboard, to understand and improve how the Game is used, to show and (where enabled) personalize advertising, to process and restore purchases, to keep the Game working and secure, to prevent abuse, and to comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your information. We share limited information with service providers who help us operate the Game — backend and leaderboard (Supabase), product analytics (PostHog), advertising (Google AdMob), and purchases (RevenueCat) — and we rely on the Apple App Store and Google Play to distribute the Game and process payments. Each processes information under its own privacy policy.
Data stored on your device is removed when you uninstall the Game. You can clear your public scores yourself at any time. “Reset progress”, on the Game's About screen, sets your stars, level, daily streak and Gauntlet record back to zero and removes your display name from the leaderboards. The same screen offers the option to delete your leaderboard entry outright and stop sharing your scores. If you choose it, your entry is deleted and the Game stops sending scores until you turn sharing back on from the leaderboard screen. Weekly champion records are handled differently: the result itself stays, so that past weeks remain accurate, but your display name is removed from it and the board shows an automatically generated handle in its place. Uninstalling the Game does not by itself delete your leaderboard entry, and because your anonymous account identifier is stored on the device, uninstalling first makes that entry very difficult to identify afterwards. If you want something removed after uninstalling, contact us and tell us the display name you used.
The Game is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where a higher age applies by law). Because the Game may include advertising, we do not direct it to children; the display name is optional and moderated, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
You can limit ad personalization or reset your advertising identifier in your device settings, and on iOS you can change tracking permission at any time in Settings. You can remove advertising with the one-time in-app purchase. You can stop appearing on the leaderboards at any time from the About screen — see Data retention and deletion — and turn sharing back on later from the leaderboard screen.
Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR or U.S. state privacy laws such as the CCPA/CPRA, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. We are based in the United States, and the service providers named above process information there, so information collected through the Game is transferred to and stored in the United States.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates take effect when posted, and the date above reflects the latest revision.
