These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AnchorMind Rewind (the "Game") provided by Abundance Life Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By playing the Game, you agree to these Terms.
The Game is intended for a general audience. You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 where a higher age applies by law) to play. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the Game with the consent of a parent or guardian.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment.
The Game creates an anonymous account automatically the first time it connects to the internet, in order to enable the leaderboard. The account identifier is stored on your device: it is not tied to an email address or password, it cannot be recovered, and it does not transfer to another device. If you uninstall the Game or switch devices, you start with a new account and your previous leaderboard entry will remain under the old one. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your device.
The Game is free to play, and every mode is available without paying. It offers a single one-time in-app purchase, “Remove Ads,” which removes the advertising shown in the optional Endless and Gauntlet modes and grants you a shield at the start of each Gauntlet run. The daily puzzle is free and ad-free whether or not you purchase. The Gauntlet may also offer an optional rewarded ad you can choose to watch in exchange for an extra shield. Watching is always optional. Purchases are processed and managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, not directly by us; the current price is shown in the Game at the point of purchase. Because purchases are billed through the app stores, refunds are handled under the Apple App Store or Google Play policies, and any refund request must be made through the applicable store.
Stars, streaks, levels, rungs, shields, and any other in-game items or progress are licensed to you for use within the Game. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred outside the Game, and may be adjusted, reset, or lost — for example if you reset your progress, uninstall the Game, or if we correct or discontinue a feature.
Do not cheat, exploit bugs, tamper with, decompile, or reverse engineer the Game, disrupt the service or other players, or use the Game for any unlawful purpose.
The Game and its content, design, and marks are owned by Abundance Life Inc. and protected by applicable law. These Terms do not grant you any ownership in the Game.
If you obtain the Game from the Apple App Store or Google Play: these Terms are between you and Abundance Life Inc. only, and not with Apple or Google, and we — not Apple or Google — are solely responsible for the Game. Apple and Google have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Game. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as terrorist-supporting, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You must also comply with any applicable terms of the store from which you obtained the Game.
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. The Game is intended for entertainment and relaxation; it is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Abundance Life Inc. and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Game.
We may update these Terms or the Game and may suspend or discontinue features at any time. Continuing to play after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
